Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (MERL) play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and impact of agricultural research for development organizations. Our priorities are articulated through a high-level M&E framework. Data collection activities are derived from the Theory of Change (TOC), and the associated list of indicators for tracking the achievement of outputs, outcomes and impacts. ASARECA tailors its M&E strategies to specific challenges and opportunities of the sub-region to ensure that the organization remains responsive, adaptive and relevant to the evolving needs of its diverse stakeholders.
