Mr. Amanuel Negassi
President, ASARECA General Assembly
Mr. Amanuel Negassi is the Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture of the State of Eritrea and seasoned politician. He was elected the President of the 4th ASARECA General Assembly during its sitting on May 17, 2023. The General Assembly was the first event of the three-day ASARECA Agriculture Ministerial Conference (AAMC)-2023 held from May 17-19, 2023 at Speke Resort, Munyonyo in Kampala. Mr. Negassi has represented the Eritrean Government in the previous ASARECA General Assemblies. He is therefore very knowledgeable of the sequence of ASARECA growth paradigms since 2011.
