Dr. Noé Woin is currently the Director General for the National Agricultural Research Institute for Development (IRAD), Cameroon where he previously worked as the Deputy Director General and Scientific Research Director. He holds a PhD in Agricultural Applied Entomology from Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg.
