CPA Annet Wanyana
Acting Head of Finance Accountant
CPA Annet Wanyana is the Accountant in ASARECA. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). Ms Wanyana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) degree from Makerere University and a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from the same University. She has over fifteen years’ professional experience in the Financial Management, Accounting, Lecturing, Auditing and Micro Finance. Over the years, Ms Wanyana has been extensively exposed to financial management in USAID, the World Bank, and EU Funded projects among others. Before joining ASARECA, she worked as the Finance and Administration Officer, under the USAID-JSI/UPHOLD project as a Senior Approval Officer at Real People Financial Services (U) Ltd. At ASARECA, she is contributing to the Agricultural Research for Development (AR4D) sector by ensuring efficient and effective management of financial resources through preparation and maintenance of accurate, complete, timely and reliable periodical financial reports for management and development partners as per agreed policies and procedures.
