Auguste Emmanual Issali

Prof. Auguste Emmanual Issali is the Director General of the National Institute for Agronomic Research (IRA), Republic of the Congo. He is a Water and Forestry Engineer and Doctor in Genetics and Plant Breeding. Dr. Issali obtained his Doctoral thesis in Genetics in Côte d’Ivoire where he worked for 11 years as a Genetic Researcher at the National Center for Agronomic Research in the coconut program before returning home. He is an accomplished lecturer and researcher in genetics in the National School of Agronomy and Forestry in Marien Ngouabi University in the Republic of the Congo, where also teaches data processing and analysis. He also teaches the same disciplines, including in-vitro culture at the Faculty of Science and Technology in the same university.
