ASARECA Strategy and Operational Plan 3

The workshop is meant to review the Association for Strengthening Agricultural Research in Eastern and Central Africa (ASARECA) Strategic and Operational plan III is underway in Entebbe, Uganda. Up to 40 Agricultural Research for Development (AR4D) Stakeholders in Africa including; researchers, policy leaders, academicians, development partners, capacity development experts and knowledge management practitioners are assessing ASARECA operating environment to re-sharpens the institutions focus as a convener and coordinator of AR4D.
